Skills

- Excellent communication in German; any additional language is a bonus.

What to expect
- Telephone and written contact with insured persons and authorities
- Responsible for the entire debt collection process of the assigned agencies in the KVG area
- Responsible for the entire foreign debt collection process for EUROLINE customers and customers moving abroad
- Processing of address clarifications and rejections
- Supervision of apprentices
What you bring
- Commercial training
- Experience in debt collection and/or accounting is an advantage
- Team spirit and discretion
- Ability to set boundaries and empathy
- Confident communication in German, any additional foreign language is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of common Office applications
- IT affinity
