Your Tasks
- In your area of responsibility "Bus Operations," you advise, coach, and support
managers and employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle. - As a contact person, you also clarify labor law issues, ensure uniform HR processes, and lead or accompany demanding conversations.
- Recruitment is a matter close to your heart. You are passionate about finding the right person for a vacancy.
- You lead or accompany HR projects and take an active role in the

Your Profile
- You have a solid education in HR (at least at the federal FA level) as well as several years
of experience as an HR Business Partner (including recruiting). - You like to act as a sparring partner for the line and accompany employees in
change processes. You always keep the company goals in mind. - Empathetic, team-oriented, and implementation-strong: That’s you. You love to
develop, accompany, and implement ideas. - You are proficient in MS Office and HR systems and have a confident command of German.
