Nursing Assistant / ASA with 2 Years of Home Care Experience in Switzerland (M/F)

Our partner, an organisation specialised in home help and care, is recruiting nursing assistants and Care and Support Assistants (ASA). This position allows you to work directly at the patients' place of residence, combining professional autonomy with human support.

Your Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing basic care: Ensuring hygiene, comfort, and preventive care at patients' homes.

• Daily support: Assisting beneficiaries with everyday activities, adapting to their environment.

• Managing mobility: Efficiently travelling daily between homes (by vehicle or bicycle, depending on the area).

• Ensuring clinical follow-up: Accurately reporting your observations to the nursing team to guarantee quality and continuity of care.

• Providing moral support: Offering a reassuring and caring presence to combat isolation of vulnerable individuals.

To meet our partner's expectations, the following criteria are required:

• Training: Holding a nursing assistant certificate, an ASA attestation, or an equivalent qualification. EU/EFTA diplomas are accepted subject to recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC), obtained or in the process of validation.

• Mobility: Driving licence and ease of travel are essential.

• Professional skills: Demonstrate great autonomy, punctuality, and excellent organisational skills in the field.

• Personal qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, respect, and commitment towards patients.
