Living & Housing «In der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and includes living, care, catering through the in-house kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 140 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service, and administration. To support our HR team, we are looking for a:
In this versatile role, you support the HR department in all administrative and organizational matters and make an important contribution to professional and smooth personnel management. With your careful working style and discretion, you are a reliable contact person for employees and managers.
- Support of the HR department in all administrative personnel matters
- Assistance with entries and exits as well as changes to personnel data
- Maintenance and management of personnel master data in HR and ERP systems
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract changes, work certificates, and confirmations
- Participation in payroll and social insurance processes
- Management of the application process including correspondence and appointment organization
- Contact person for employees regarding administrative HR questions
- Support in HR projects and in the further development of HR processes
- General administrative and organizational tasks in the HR area
You are a structured, discreet, and service-oriented personality with an interest in human resources. Careful handling of sensitive data is a matter of course for you, and you appreciate a versatile activity with responsibility.
You already have experience in the HR environment, preferably in healthcare. You work independently, reliably, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. Your confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as your high social competence complete your profile.
- Commercial training (EFZ or equivalent)
- Further training or experience in the HR field is mandatory
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office, experience with ERP/HR systems
