Managing Director 100% (m/f/d)
Papa Joe’s is an experience restaurant known for juicy burgers, delicious spare ribs, and sizzling fajitas.
As Managing Director, you are responsible for the operational management and organization of daily business. You are an inspiring, communicative leader with a strong focus on team leadership and customer service. You implement the concept-specific guidelines of Gastrag AG and the Papa Joe’s brand at all times and lead by example. You develop the operating budget in collaboration with your supervisor and are responsible for achieving it.
To complete your profile, you bring the following skills:
- Hotel management school diploma, vocational training in gastronomy, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in concept and/or experience gastronomy
- Leadership experience in a comparable position
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
