HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Frauenfeld (80% - 100%)

With your knowledge…

• you take responsibility for the entire HR life cycle of employees as well as the core HR processes of the entire itesys group
• you take on the design and implementation of initiatives to further develop our HR portfolio (e.g. regulations and guidelines, performance management, training and salary policy)
• you advise and support line managers and employees on labor law, personnel-specific, and social issues throughout the entire employment cycle
• you act as (part) project management for the successful integration and leadership of employees
• you accompany the further development of our HR systems from a professional perspective and manage the SAP consultants during implementation
• you support accurate payroll processing through your work at the interfaces of social insurance, payroll (salary controls), and other HR tools

You achieve this through...

• a completed vocational training as a federal HR specialist or equivalent (university, FH, FA)
• several years of experience as an HR manager or HR business partner with experience in the Swiss labor market; ideally with experience in payroll processing
• strong affinity for HR IT solutions, confident handling of SAP as well as all Microsoft Office applications
• your interest in IT services and a rapidly growing company
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• fluent German and English skills
