- Ensuring timely delivery by monitoring and coordinating international transports by truck, sea, rail, and air freight
- Preparation, review, and management of export-relevant documents, including customs documents, export permits, and certificates of origin
- Competent support and communication with international customers, freight forwarders, and business partners in German and English
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as production, logistics, and sales to optimise processes and ensure a smooth, customer-oriented workflow
- Several years of professional experience in export required
- Very good language skills in German and English in speaking and writing, additional foreign languages advantageous
- Solid IT skills, preferably SAP and export tools
- Enjoyment in contact with customers, agents, suppliers, and freight forwarders for export

Tasks
- Independent handling of the entire export process from order entry through scheduling to invoicing- Ensuring timely delivery by monitoring and coordinating international transports by truck, sea, rail, and air freight
- Preparation, review, and management of export-relevant documents, including customs documents, export permits, and certificates of origin
- Competent support and communication with international customers, freight forwarders, and business partners in German and English
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as production, logistics, and sales to optimise processes and ensure a smooth, customer-oriented workflow
Profile
- Commercial or technical basic training with further education in export (foreign trade specialist)- Several years of professional experience in export required
- Very good language skills in German and English in speaking and writing, additional foreign languages advantageous
- Solid IT skills, preferably SAP and export tools
- Enjoyment in contact with customers, agents, suppliers, and freight forwarders for export
