The company Backer ELC is a subsidiary of the Swedish NIBE Group, which employs over 15,000 people worldwide. We employ around 50 people at our location in Teufenthal. For over ninety years, we have been developing, producing and selling highly compact round and flat heating elements for industrial and commercial applications. This long-standing experience is the prerequisite for customised complete solutions in the areas of heating, measuring, and control.

Wiring and assembly are your forte? Then you are the desired person to complement our team immediately or by arrangement.

• Responsible for the final inspection of heating elements and modules
• Creating test protocols and technical documentation
• Wiring and assembly of heating elements and modules
• Cable assembly
• Development and manufacture of gauges and fixtures to optimise production processes in consultation with the superior
• Participation in the evaluation of new tools and equipment in consultation with the superior

• Basic electrical training (electromechanic, electrical fitter, ...)
• Several years of experience in the assembly of electrical machines and/or systems
• Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Independent, reliable and quality-conscious working style
• Good spoken and written German skills, English skills are an advantage
