Your Tasks
- Preparation of offers as well as management and support of projects
- Purchasing plants and co-designing a market-appropriate range
- Maintaining existing customer relationships as well as targeted new customer acquisition
- Competent and active advice to our customers from the horticulture industry
- Close cooperation with the head of wholesale sales
Your Profile
- Training as a gardener with a federal certificate of competence (specialising in tree nursery, perennials or horticulture)
- Commercial further training is an advantage
- Sound plant knowledge and the motivation to continuously expand it
- Leadership personality with organisational talent
- Sales- and customer-oriented thinking and working style
- Team player with an independent and reliable working style
