What is my role?

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the employee team assigned to you

• Guidance and control of operational processes

• Ensuring timely production

• Responsibility for machine maintenance

• Interface function and coordination with other company departments

• Monitoring compliance with all occupational safety and protection regulations

• Organisation of personnel deployment and ensuring representation arrangements

• Continuous reporting of relevant key figures and optimisation proposals to management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training supplemented by a commercial additional qualification

• Extensive professional experience in manufacturing over several years

• Proven leadership experience combined with strong social skills and empathy

• Practical working style with comprehensive know-how in technical and organisational processes

• Strong interest in IT systems and digital transformation processes
