Your tasks with us
Sales Controlling
- You establish a professional sales controlling function as a new role in the company and implement it
- You develop and maintain key performance indicator systems (KPIs) to manage sales, order intake, margins, and regional performance
- You create dashboards and reports for management and sales leadership
- You analyze sales processes and results and identify optimization potentials
- You support budget planning and forecast creation for international markets
- You ensure transparency and comparability between regions and sales channels
Business Development & Market Intelligence
- You build a structured market intelligence system for collecting, analyzing, and preparing market and competitive information
- You conduct market and trend analyses (e.g., industry developments, customer needs, competitive strategies)
- You derive strategic recommendations for action for sales regions and management
- You support sales staff with targeted information about customers, markets, and technologies
- You contribute to the development of new business areas and growth strategies
- You work closely with product management, marketing, and international sales teams
These strengths you bring
- You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in sales controlling, business intelligence, or business development, ideally in mechanical engineering or an industrial environment
- You have strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data, reporting tools, and digital platforms
- You think strategically and combine this with pragmatic implementation strength
- You are communicative, team-oriented, and internationally open-minded
- You speak very good German and English
