For our client, an internationally active industrial company in the field of mechanical and plant engineering, we are looking for a strong leadership personality to manage a manufacturing area. In this role, you will take responsibility for operational processes, lead a team, and actively drive the continuous optimisation of processes and structures.
- Ensuring smooth and timely execution of manufacturing processes
- Planning, coordinating, and prioritising production orders considering quality, costs, and deadlines
- Monitoring production key figures and initiating optimisation measures in case of deviations
- Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as work preparation, logistics, and quality assurance
- Supporting the senior management level and taking on deputy tasks
- Active participation in the further development of processes, structures, and production methods
- Ensuring the availability of equipment, materials, and resources
- Promoting, training, and further developing the team members
- Several years of experience in production as well as leadership experience
- Professional experience in CNC manufacturing with solid knowledge in milling and/or turning
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Fluent German skills, additional languages advantageous

- Completed technical basic training in an industrial environment (e.g. polymechanic, production mechanic, cutting machine operator or comparable)- Several years of experience in production as well as leadership experience

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in continuous improvement
