Innovative, solid and resolutely forward-looking, the company operates in building, transformation–renovation, civil engineering, earthworks, demolition and road surfacing.

We are looking to fill a position in our Finance and Accounting department for a :

Accounting Assistant 50-100% (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• General accounting from A to Z and entry of routine transactions for the various companies of Perrin Groupe;
• Active participation in maintaining the accounts up to monthly, quarterly and annual closing operations;
• Management and monitoring of disputes up to legal proceedings;
• Contribution to the accounting processing of the various companies and financial management of consortia;
• Processing supplier invoices (scanning, accounting allocation, managing deadlines and payment follow-up);
• Preparation of financial statements in collaboration with your manager;

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training;
• Several years of professional experience in accounting in Switzerland, ideally in the construction, finishing or industrial sector;
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards, their application and good command of common office tools (Excel, Word);
• You master an accounting ERP software (knowledge of MS 2000 would be an asset);
• Good command of written and spoken French;
• Rigorous, proactive, reliable and responsible, you have good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities;
• Under the responsibility of the Finance Manager and in partnership with your colleagues, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate interpersonal skills to provide information to our internal and external partners.
