What you bring with you
- Nursing education HF/FH, leadership training desired or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional experience in an outpatient environment, ideally already some years in a leadership role
- Good PC skills
- High willingness to continue education and personal development in everyday leadership
- Strong ability for appreciative communication and empathetic interaction
- Motivation to contribute in a large interprofessional team
