What to expect

• Conducting outbound campaigns and scheduling appointments for the field staff
• Supporting the field service in customer care, administration, and new customer acquisition
• Assisting in planning, organising, and executing sales promotions as well as implementing sales-enhancing measures
• Active participation in regional fairs, meetings within the team and the general agency

What you bring

• Commercial vocational training or training in a comparable customer- or sales-oriented environment
• Industry knowledge is an advantage, ideally in health insurance and/or experience in outbound telephony
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as negotiation-level French and/or English
• High flexibility and customer orientation, a likeable and well-groomed appearance, and enjoyment in advising and selling
• Willingness to travel, especially to our offices in Basel and Aarau
