We are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Responsibilities
- Medical responsibility in the interprofessional leadership team of an open acute ward
- Together with the responsible senior psychologist, taking over the training and supervision of assistant physicians as well as psychologists of the ward
- Participation in the further development of the treatment offer
- Collaboration in the duty system of the PDAG (approx. 21 senior physician duties, including approx. 7 weekend days per year at 100% workload)
Profile
- FMH title (or equivalent) for psychiatry and psychotherapy or close to completion
- Interest in modern treatment concepts in psychiatry, including no-restraint, open-doors, recovery-oriented psychiatry, Safewards
- Team player, decisive, flexible and creative
- German language skills at least at level C1
