Customer Advisor for Personal Loans

Competent advice and support for our customers in all personal loan matters

Developing solutions tailored to the wishes of the customers

Identifying sales opportunities and consistently exploiting potential

The opportunity to use your sales flair for our top-notch product range

Thorough examination of loan applications together with internal departments

Conducting outbound campaigns

Various administrative tasks such as recording and checking customer data

This is what we wish for

Bank apprenticeship or commercial qualification with comparable additional training

At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting

Knowledge of the credit and/or leasing business is an advantage

High flexibility and pronounced customer and service orientation

Joy and openness for customer acquisition

Independent, precise work and the ability to set priorities

Fluent German and good spoken Italian skills
