Your mission:
Main mission:
You will play a key role in launching our new restaurant concept. Your mission will be to recruit and train teams, and support them to ensure a successful and coherent implementation of this innovative concept. You will actively contribute to structuring the offer and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a rapidly evolving context.
Your daily tasks :
Management & Leadership
- Be the leader of the Sky team by supervising them, ensuring the well-being of each employee, and maintaining excellent team cohesion on a daily basis
- Be able to assign responsibilities, set personal goals for each member, provide the means to achieve them, and guarantee their training to the establishment's LQA standards
- Establish the schedule based on activity (events, attendance) while optimizing revenue/payrolling and complying with the law
- Ensure and carry out recruitment for your team
Financial management
- Perform forecasting and monitor key performance indicators (turnover, attendance) to adapt and optimize Sky's productivity
- Manage stocks and supplier orders
- Control the cash register and collections at each service
Operational management
- Ensure and supervise the opening and closing of the restaurant
- Supervise service operations and be the example of promotional sales of Sky products
- Participate and support the team during service
- Ensure the creation and implementation of new menus according to the seasons, working in collaboration with the Kitchen team, Management, and sommeliers
- Manage customer reservations through the « The Fork » system
- Be the guarantor of the quality of service offered to our clients, advise them, and handle complaints and claims
