Job Description
Reporting to the Workshop Manager and under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, you will join our Premontage Workshop within the Movement department. Your main mission is to perform the perlage of watch components (bridges and plates), thus directly contributing to the level of finishing and excellence that characterise our pieces.
In this context, your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the setup, adjustments and execution of operations on the perlage machines.
- Carrying out decoration operations in compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
- Performing self-inspection of your production and ensuring the conformity of the pieces produced.
- Organising your activity according to the defined quality, quantity and deadline objectives.
- Actively participating in the continuous improvement initiatives of the Workshop.
- Collaborating effectively with the various production stakeholders to contribute to collective performance.
Qualifications
- With successful experience in the watchmaking industry, you have practical knowledge of perlage.
- You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Endowed with excellent manual dexterity and a strong attention to detail, you perform precise work that meets our quality requirements.
- Organised, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to manage your priorities while respecting the expected standards.
- You demonstrate good team spirit, flexibility and constructive communication.
- In self-inspection, you are responsible for the quality of your work and the rigorous application of established criteria.
