Customer Service Clerk (M/F/D) 100%

YOUR TASKS

International order processing and invoicing
Preparation of shipping and customs documents, monitoring of goods transport to the customer
Telephone and written customer support
Handling of customer complaints
Monitoring payment terms and dunning
Creating various calculations and statistics
Support in the area of customs and origin (assistance with customs clearance, maintenance of master data, preference calculation) as well as ensuring compliance with customs regulations

YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed commercial training, further training in foreign trade / customs is an advantage
Several years of experience and sound expertise in the field of customs
Enjoyment and perseverance in communication with customers from other cultures
Customer-oriented person with a high level of service, efficient working style
Responsible and independent personality
Very good German and good English skills
Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
