Customer Service Clerk (M/F/D) 100%
YOUR TASKS
- International order processing and invoicing
- Preparation of shipping and customs documents, monitoring of goods transport to the customer
- Telephone and written customer support
- Handling of customer complaints
- Monitoring payment terms and dunning
- Creating various calculations and statistics
- Support in the area of customs and origin (assistance with customs clearance, maintenance of master data, preference calculation) as well as ensuring compliance with customs regulations
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed commercial training, further training in foreign trade / customs is an advantage
- Several years of experience and sound expertise in the field of customs
- Enjoyment and perseverance in communication with customers from other cultures
- Customer-oriented person with a high level of service, efficient working style
- Responsible and independent personality
- Very good German and good English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
