What you will achieve with us:
You accompany our residents in their daily lives and make an important contribution to ensuring they feel safe, understood and well cared for. With your calm, appreciative manner, you support them where they need help and at the same time strengthen their existing abilities.
Your tasks include:
- Collaboration in daily care and support according to our corporate and care mission statement
- Support of activating and resource-oriented care
- Accompaniment in daily life activities as well as in social and emotional situations
- Observing, recognising and reporting care-relevant changes
- Documentation of care services in the electronic resident documentation WiCareDoc
- Taking on administrative and logistical tasks in the department
Your tasks include:
- Collaboration in daily care and support according to our corporate and care mission statement

- Accompaniment in daily life activities as well as in social and emotional situations
- Observing, recognising and reporting care-relevant changes

What you bring with you:
You enjoy contact with older people and treat them with respect, patience and warmth. Even in demanding situations, you remain calm, attentive and team-oriented.
We expect from you:
- Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Care or Nursing Assistant
- Interest in the special needs of elderly people, ideally in a gerontopsychiatric environment
- Empathy, social skills and enjoyment of communication
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Openness to change and new ideas
- Team spirit, flexibility and sense of responsibility
