The Grand Hôtel Roi René MGallery**** Aix-en-Provence, ACCOR group, is looking for its future Head Waiter/Waitress on a permanent contract 39H starting September 2024.

Your mission
The head waiter contributes overall to customer satisfaction through the quality of his work. He is responsible for a section of the restaurant and ensures its organization, coordination, and service. He provides quality service to customers at his point of sale.
· Ensure customer satisfaction in his section
· Provide a warm and personalized welcome to the customer
· Offer attentive and adapted service to the customer's constraints
· Be attentive to customer feedback and follow up
· Establish good relationships with the customer, advise them, and build loyalty
· Know perfectly and highlight the food offer
· Participate in and coordinate the service
· Organize and supervise the work of junior waiters, apprentices, and interns
· Perform and control: setting up the point of sale and back areas, cleaning and tidying the dining room and back areas before and after service
· Inform oneself before each service about the composition of dishes and any shortages
