Your Tasks
- In the departments of surgery, orthopaedics, and gynaecology, you take on an important key role and actively ensure that surgical procedures are carried out efficiently, safely, and at the highest professional level.
- At the operating table, you work independently, coordinate the provision of all necessary materials, and ensure a precise and structured implementation of your tasks.
- The careful preparation as well as the conscientious follow-up of surgical procedures are also part of your responsibilities and ensure a smooth workflow in the operating theatre.
- During outpatient procedures and diagnostic examinations, you reliably support the medical team and contribute through your commitment to the continuous optimisation of process quality in the day clinic.
- You operate medical-technical devices routinely and professionally and take on regular maintenance to comply with the highest safety and quality standards.
- During procedures under local anaesthesia, you compassionately care for the patients, create a trusting atmosphere, and always attentively monitor their well-being and safety.
Our Requirements
- With a successfully completed training as a Surgical Technical Assistant (OTA) or an equivalent qualification, you possess sound expertise and are well prepared for the diverse demands in the operating theatre.
- You quickly grasp complex processes, analyse them in a structured manner, and efficiently and solution-orientedly apply your insights in operative practice.
- Even in demanding or stressful situations, you remain calm, act prudently, and thus significantly contribute to safety and stability in the operating team.
- Your high flexibility and strong commitment make you a valued team member who actively contributes to the success of daily work with initiative and enthusiasm.
