About the job
Your Tasks
- You will take on the acquisition, management and handling of research and consulting projects (possible topics: Strategic Management, Service Management, Service Excellence CEM, Process Management)
- You will teach in training (Bachelor and/or Master level) and in further education including supervision of student papers and projects
- You will be involved in the development and management of further education programmes
- You will write specialist publications and contribute to networking within and outside the institute, also within the framework of (inter)national conferences and meetings
- You will maintain active collaboration and networking with practitioners and academics and participate in internal projects of the IBR and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts
The specific focus of tasks will be determined by mutual agreement depending on the applicant’s competence and interests and the needs of the institute.
Your Profile
- You have a university degree in economics or related disciplines (Master’s level, PhD desired)
- You bring professional experience as well as project management experience in the mentioned fields
- You have experience in handling service and research projects and in writing scientific publications
- You are an independent, entrepreneurial-thinking, team-oriented, communicative person
- You are fluent in German and English
