About the job
In International Cooperation, you act as an intermediary between investigations by foreign financial market supervisory authorities and market participants in Switzerland.
Main tasks
- Independent processing of requests from foreign authorities
- Support of the International Cooperation group in handling complex mutual assistance requests
- Assistance in drafting orders and conducting appeal procedures
- Participation in on-site inspections and hearings, if possible
Profile
- Completed law degree
- Interest in financial market law issues
- High-level written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Goal-oriented and precise working style
- Confident German and French skills (C2) as well as very good Italian and English skills (B2)
