In the System Management group, we operate central services for applications and platforms around monitoring, log analysis, and scheduling. Together, we ensure stability, transparency, and efficiency in the operation of Raiffeisen Switzerland's IT systems.
To strengthen our dedicated team at the St. Gallen location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an analytically strong and solution-oriented personality as an ICT System Specialist (m/f/d).
- Ensuring the stable operation of our central services
- Participation in topics such as monitoring, observability, and event management
- Regular on-call duty to support 24/7 operations
- Maintenance and further development of technical documentation
- Implementation of processes such as incident, problem, availability, and capacity management
- Completed training in computer science or comparable further education
- Solid experience with Linux and Windows server platforms
- Know-how in operational and development environments
- Knowledge of technologies such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Java, Elasticsearch, SQL, Python, PowerShell
- Independent, service-oriented working style and team spirit
