Do you want to support people in their job search in the primary labour market? Do you want to actively influence the retention of a job? Do you enjoy working independently, think holistically and bring sensitivity in dealing with various life situations? Then we are looking for you!
What you can achieve with us
- You ensure effective and high-quality job placement for our clients.
- You ensure that suitable jobs are actively sought, acquired and managed, and that appropriate clients are sustainably placed in the primary labour market.
- You build contacts with employers and other relevant stakeholders, maintain them long-term and represent job placement externally.
- Clients and employers are advised with the aim of preserving existing jobs as much as possible.
- You examine effective measures to preserve a job or actively advocate for deployment in adapted workplaces within organisations.
- You work closely with our customer service and other internal departments.
Which skills are important to us
- You have completed vocational training at EFZ level. Ideally, you have further training in coaching, counselling or social pedagogy.
- You have solid experience in job placement and/or vocational integration.
- You know the labour market in the canton of Bern very well and have a good network of employers or can quickly build one.
- The services of the IV (disability insurance) are not unfamiliar to you. You are willing to acquire the necessary expertise regarding job placement and job retention.
- You like to actively approach companies and convince with your acquisition, communication and negotiation skills.
- You work efficiently, solution- and result-oriented and can keep an overview even with different requirements.
- French is your mother tongue. A good understanding of the German language is required.

- Working hours
Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
- Holidays
At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave

Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and transparent salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection and civil service
