- Responsibility for daily operations as well as target group-oriented planning and organization of kitchen processes
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the kitchen team

- Budget responsibility and cost control
- Collaboration with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook/chef
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leadership position
- Passion for gastronomy and creativity in the kitchen
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Independent and responsible working style
