Job Description

In this versatile role, you take on an important position at the interface between logistics, processes, and IT systems. You actively participate in projects for process optimisation, lead sub-projects, and contribute to continuously shaping, optimising, and thoroughly documenting our logistics processes. For this, you skilfully use various tools such as value stream analyses, continuous improvement process (CIP), 5S, etc., thereby also ensuring knowledge development in this area at our Heiden location. Additionally, you professionally and technically manage and optimise warehouse systems, conduct application tests on IT systems, and support our system users with training and professional advice. In daily operations, you flexibly support the team and take on a relief role when needed.

Qualifications

You have completed training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and/or as a process specialist, alternatively as a logistics specialist with a federal diploma, and bring several years of experience in logistics functions. You are proficient in lean methods and have already carried out various projects with them. You work in a structured, independent manner with a strong practical understanding. Organisational talent, commitment, and a solution-oriented mindset characterise you. In dealing with others, you convince through teamwork, communication skills, flexibility, service orientation, and conflict management. You are resilient, reliable, and act responsibly. Good MS Office skills as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally AS400 and WMS ASTRO, complete your profile.
