- Active participation in daily warehouse operations (goods receipt, storage, order picking)
- Planning, control, and supervision of incoming goods regarding quality and quantity
- Ensuring smooth daily operations
- Use of modern warehouse technology and operational aids
- Presence on the floor as a contact person for employees and trainees
Leadership & Organization (20%)
- Professional leadership of a team currently consisting of 7 employees and 4 trainees
- Active development of the team as well as promotion of trainees
- Function as responsible logistics trainer
- Close cooperation and coordination with other team leaders and internal departments
- Advising the direct supervisor on new acquisitions in the field of warehouse logistics
- Ensuring the functionality and safety of all operational aids
