About the job
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for telephone contact with existing and potential customers to arrange consultation appointments
- You coordinate and schedule consultation appointments for our advisors and ensure efficient appointment organisation
- Maintaining, updating and managing customer data as well as documenting conversation content and customer activities in the CRM system are part of your daily work
- In close cooperation with the advisors, you support marketing and contact campaigns and contribute to professional customer communication
- With a focus on quality and efficiency, you actively contribute to the optimisation of telephony, CRM and administration processes
Your strengths
- You enjoy telephone contact with people and have a strong customer and service orientation
- Ideally, you have experience in customer service, contact centres, reception or appointment scheduling and feel comfortable in a communication-intensive role
- Your working style is independent, structured and reliable. Even in a dynamic environment, you keep an overview and set priorities effectively
- A strong affinity for digital tools enables you to handle common IT applications and CRM systems confidently; you also have an interest in the finance and pension sector
- Fluent German skills in speaking and writing allow you to communicate professionally with customers; additional language skills are an advantage
