Your Tasks
Together with your team, you ensure sustainable credit risk management at Zuger Kantonalbank. In operational and procedural financing matters, you bring a risk-aware, solution-oriented perspective and support the further development of the bank in credit risk topics.
- Ensuring high quality and professionalism in credit decisions within your own competence
- Identifying credit risks within the framework of credit assessment and credit monitoring and implementing appropriate measures to reduce risk
- Early detection of risk-relevant developments and deriving the corresponding need for action
- Implementing credit policy and the associated directives
- Supporting front offices in financing matters, especially with borrowers or financings with complex structures and increased risk profiles
- Participating in committees and projects as well as representing the Credit Office within the bank
- Ensuring an efficient and effective financing process with a high quality standard
Our Requirements
- Solid basic education with completed further training at HF, FH or university level or equivalent qualification, preferably in economics
- Several years of experience in credit risk management and corporate customer business
- In-depth know-how in complex real estate financing as well as in cash flow-based financing
- Structured, analytical working method with quick comprehension and a solution-oriented attitude
- Decisive, assertive and entrepreneurial personality
- Flexible and independent working style with openness to change and willingness to actively shape it
- Team orientation and ability to professionally support colleagues
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written form
