For the Credit Center in Bern, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of Credit Servicing. The team is responsible for servicing mortgages for third-party institutions. Glarner Kantonalbank counts large insurance companies and pension funds among our customers in this business field.

Credit Specialist (m/f) Credit Center Bern 100%

Your tasks:

• Independent and timely processing, handling and disbursement of mortgages
• Managing correspondence with authorities (notary, land registry office, other banks)
• Administration of loan securities (storage, pledge requests, etc.)
• Conversion and extension of credit products
• Carrying out settlements and delivery of securities
• Maintenance and further development of existing processes and instructions

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) in a bank
• Preferably > 2 years of banking experience in the financing area (front or processing)
• Language skills: German (native) with good French skills or French (native) with very good German skills
• Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite and ideally experience with a core banking system such as Finnova or Avaloq
• High personal responsibility, reliable with a high quality standard
• Service orientation and good communication style
• Enjoyment of a varied activity in a well-mixed and motivated team
