Consultation/Care of our clients and cooperation partners
You mainly take care of clients of our Italian-speaking cooperation partners, as well as individual cooperations in Central Switzerland. This includes personal conversations with clients, the creation of leasing offers, credit inquiries, and the qualitative and quantitative further development of the client portfolio. You maintain an active network with cooperation partners (e.g., contact with management as well as the customer advisors of the cantonal banks, visits to the teams/branches of the cantonal banks or suppliers) and contribute to ensuring that the business volume conveyed meets the quality and quantity requirements.
Market Presence
You are jointly responsible for planning and executing an active and cross-departmental market approach (customer events, conferences and presentations, marketing actions, advertising activities, participation in trade fairs, etc.). You preferably reside in the canton of Ticino and work in investment goods leasing or banking. However, you are willing to travel to Zurich for the training period and regularly participate in meetings on-site or via digital channels. You are flexible in organizing your working hours and appreciate a high degree of autonomy. You are dynamic, eager to learn, exceptionally service-oriented, and enjoy varied activities? Your Tasks – Shape More
- Advising corporate clients of different sizes as well as customer advisors of the cantonal banks and other partners in Ticino and partly in Central Switzerland
- Recording and evaluating the annual financial statements of our clients
- Preparing and following up on client meetings
- Ensuring the high quality of business recording
- Independently developing needs-oriented solution proposals
- Independent and risk-aware approval of smaller leasing inquiries
- Joint responsibility in the preparation of larger business credit inquiries
- Supporting the conception of new consulting models, leasing offers, projects, and actions
Your Profile – Bring More
- Fluent in Italian and very good German skills (at least level C1)
- Completed banking training or equivalent basic training
- A successfully completed university degree (e.g., university of applied sciences, higher technical school, etc.) is an advantage
- Several years of experience in credit business and corresponding knowledge in financial analysis of companies
- Experience in actively managing a client portfolio
- Above-average service orientation and team spirit as well as a high level of responsibility
- Affinity and joy in targeted acquisition of new clients in the corporate segment
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high negotiation skills
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of exchange and dialogue with internal and external clients
- Very good manners and a trustworthy and winning personality
