Senior Real Estate Project Developer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as a real estate development project manager, you are passionate about challenging development projects and gladly take on responsibility. You actively shape modern real estate projects and influence their development from the initial idea to implementation. You bring your passion for future-oriented solutions and drive dynamic, innovative initiatives forward. You ensure that high-quality standards are met and that the projects are convincing in the long term.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for real estate developments from acquisition or land securing to building permits
You develop project visions and market-appropriate, economically attractive utilisation concepts
You organise study assignments and manage external planning and project teams
You conduct stakeholder management with authorities, owners, residents, and other interest groups
You manage projects through relevant SIA phases and ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets
You prepare profitability and return analyses and are responsible for project controlling
You work interdisciplinarily with cost planning, BIM, marketing, and transaction management
Qualifications:
You have a degree in architecture, engineering, or a comparable field, ideally complemented by further education in real estate economics
You bring solid experience in real estate or construction project development as well as knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
You possess a strong economic understanding and experience in managing complex project teams
You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, and confident stakeholder management
You have very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
