To strengthen the team in Switzerland, we are looking for you as soon as possible as an employee in Technical Support & Pre-Sales (m/f/d).
- You analyse customer requirements and develop customised network and solution concepts based on them
- You support our Key Account Managers in projects
- You contribute your technical know-how in presales situations
- Creating technical documentation, network concepts and training materials is also part of your responsibilities
- You represent the company through presentations at trade fairs, events and congresses and convey complex topics
- In addition, you observe market and technology trends and actively bring your insights into customer projects and internal further developments
- Ideally, you have experience in technical support, presales or project work in the field of IT, data networks or industrial infrastructures
- You work in a structured, independent manner and like to take responsibility in projects
- A strong understanding of customer requirements as well as a solution-oriented mindset characterise you
- Communication skills, confident appearance and negotiation skills are among your strengths
- You communicate confidently in German and English; French is a plus
- You have plenty of scope for design and can actively shape processes as well as contribute your own ideas in customer service
