Your responsibilities
As part of strengthening our team in French-speaking Switzerland and to support our development, we are looking for a Sales & Retention Manager passionate about human relations, business development and client retention, ready to take on new challenges alongside us.
- Develop and retain a client portfolio by acquiring new markets and sustainably strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Actively represent the company to clients and partners, notably during professional meetings and networking events.
- Enhance client retention and identify new business opportunities.
- Identify market opportunities and actively contribute to the company’s growth in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Ensure operational and hierarchical management of the Sales & Retention team in French-speaking Switzerland, composed of four employees.
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent training in business management, management, hotel management or a similar field.
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, notably in sales, business development or key account management, ideally in the hospitality or Facility Management sectors.
- Strong professional network in French-speaking Switzerland or ability to develop it quickly.
- Passion for client relations and a strong liking for interaction and presence in the field.
- Proven management experience and genuine motivation to support team development.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative and excellent negotiation and commercial closing skills.
- Excellent command of French, ideally as a native language, as well as a very good level of English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
