About the job

• You organise and coordinate the varied daily work of the Head of HR Switzerland proactively – from calendar and appointment management to correspondence.
• You professionally prepare and follow up on meetings, workshops, HR events and important committees, coordinate the content and keep track of pending tasks and next steps.
• You create and revise presentations, briefings and decision-making documents, conveying relevant information clearly and appropriately for the audience.
• As a reliable contact person for internal and external stakeholders, you independently and carefully take on administrative and organisational tasks.
• You independently drive smaller projects and work packages forward and use digital tools and AI to make processes simpler and more efficient.

• You have several years of experience in a demanding assistant or coordination role, ideally in the environment of an executive or divisional management.
• Independent, structured and extremely reliable work characterises you. You think ahead and recognise what is needed next.
• In communication with various contacts and hierarchical levels, you appear confident and professional – in both German and English.
• You prepare presentations and documents in a structured and appealing way and convey content clearly and concisely.
• You are confident in using Microsoft 365 and enjoy using new digital tools and AI to make your work more efficient. Discretion in handling confidential information is a matter of course for you.
