These are your tasks

• Coordination and support of the billing team with 7 employees for timely and customer-oriented billing
• Monitoring of order control lists and processing of inquiries/complaints
• Special support for potential customers also for Western Switzerland in French
• Ensuring the invoicing of all services (e.g. service, interim readings, and special work)
• Participation in the preparation of invoices, involvement in projects, and taking on special tasks

• Business administration training
• Experience in property management or further training as a property manager
• Leadership experience
• Communicator, motivator, and organizational talent
• High digital skills
• Very high social skills that enable constructive interaction with different characters internally and externally with customers
• Solution-oriented mindset and high flexibility in dealing with new situations
• Very good German skills
• Good French skills
