Your tasks with us

• You develop innovative assemblies and machines from conception to successful launch
• You create technical concepts and specifications based on customer and product requirements
• You take on the technical responsibility for development projects, lead interdisciplinary teams from idea to series maturity, and ensure compliance with deadlines, quality targets, and technical requirements
• You perform calculations, designs, and simulations and develop technical solutions for demanding tasks
• You support production, quality assurance, and customer service with technical queries, problem analyses, and optimisations
• You work closely with internal departments and external partners and contribute your expertise to the further development of our products

Your profile

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• You bring experience in (tool) machine engineering as well as in the development of mechatronic systems
• You have solid CAD and MS Office skills; experience with additional development tools (Atlassian environment) is an advantage
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and find practical solutions even for complex technical challenges
• You are characterised by an independent, precise, and reliable working style and enjoy working in a team
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English skills
• You think entrepreneurially and bring initiative
