What you can achieve with us
- Customer Relationship Manager: You look after our customers from appointment coordination to vehicle handover and maintain active customer contact
- Sales bridge: You work closely with the sales team and form the interface between the workshop and customers
- Team player: You support our workshop service advisors as needed and pitch in energetically
- Quotation expert: You prepare quotations according to the order, check vehicles for cleanliness and completeness and ensure professional order processing
- Mobility master: You create a pleasant atmosphere and impress with your expertise and passion for holistic mobility
What you bring
- Professional training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in the field of bodywork and paint and possess good commercial knowledge
- Experience expert: Ideally, you already have customer service experience
- Service professional: You are outgoing, enjoy engaging with people and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness
- Mindset master: You are resilient, handle stress positively and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner, expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix
- IT savvy: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the use of AI tools
- Driving professional: Valid driving licence category B
