Job Description
You proactively approach customers and welcome them warmly so that they feel comfortable and acknowledged. With your expertise, you respond to customer needs and competently advise them in all areas from products to service work, with the aim of finding efficient and straightforward solutions. You present the products with an attractive staging. You check the goods for quality upon delivery and prepare them correctly. You receive various devices and can inform customers about repairs or collection information.We expect
- EFZ/EBA qualification in sales or service environment
- Experience in telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is an advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Basic knowledge of various mobile device providers
