In this role, you act as a committed sparring partner for the management teams of various subsidiaries and support them in financial management. You analyse extensive data from financial accounting, cost accounting, and KPIs, derive clear recommendations for action, and accompany the monthly project controlling including project evaluations. In addition, you guide the subsidiaries through the budgeting process, support half-year and annual financial statements, and prepare quarterly business reviews. Depending on your experience and strengths, you take on additional projects and actively help shape the further development of controlling. You use your business management expertise, strong analytical skills, as well as your very good Excel and ideally BI knowledge to quickly understand complex data structures.

Responsibilities:
In your controller role, you act as a sparring partner for managing directors in the financial management of subsidiaries.
You analyse data points from financial accounting, cost accounting, and KPIs to derive well-founded recommendations for action.
You accompany the monthly project controlling of customer projects and prepare project evaluations with the management.
You guide the subsidiaries through the budgeting process and support the half-year and annual financial statements.
You are responsible for the preparation of quarterly business reviews for group management.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed business management studies (university/FH/HF) or further training (e.g. specialist in finance and accounting, certified expert in accounting & controlling).
2-3 years of solid controlling experience, ideally with initial insights into project business (e.g. building technology or plant engineering).
Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with complex data structures (experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage).
Analytical, proactive and communicative personality with a networked way of thinking.
Business fluent French skills as well as very good German skills in spoken and written form.
