Medical Assistant
Responsibilities
- welcome patients
- assist medical staff in examinations and medical procedures
- manage administrative tasks related to medical records, billing, and appointments
- correct and send consultation reports
- coordinate room occupancy according to user needs
- maintain stock management and cleanliness in the premises as well as in consultation rooms
Profile
- Federal VET Diploma as medical assistant or equivalent qualification
- proven experience in the medical field
- proficiency in French and very good knowledge of German
- excellent command of IT tools (MS Office)
- knowledge of institutional applications (Polypoint, MedFolio,) is an asset
- ability to collaborate demonstrating team spirit, solidarity, and respect
- strong organisational skills, accuracy, and rigour
- versatility and flexibility
