What you can achieve
- Ensuring and further developing the data strategy in major construction projects (building, project, and technical FM data) in the role of sub-project management
- Conducting client-side model reviews as well as coordinating and quality-assuring all data and document deliveries (PIM) from internal and external partners according to guidelines and contracts
- Further development and support of digital tools such as Revizto, dRofus, and Conclude
- Collaboration on BIM execution plans as well as ensuring and further developing BIM standards
- Coordination of project-specific and cross-departmental agreements on standards as well as their creation and training
What you bring with you
- Completed technical training or studies in architecture or engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Specialized further training (e.g., BIM Coordinator/Manager, Data Manager, Information Manager, Digital Construction, VDC) is an advantage
- Experience in model-based project execution (BIM) in building construction
- Very good knowledge of relevant CAD and BIM software, ideally REVIT, as well as experience with tools like dRofus and Revizto
- Team-oriented and communicative personality with a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as a structured and independent working style
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
