Your tasks:
- You design, develop, test, and optimise AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions for both internal processes and customer-oriented solutions
- You prepare data, validate and structure it as a basis for model training, evaluation, and the productive use of AI models
- You ensure quality, traceability, security, data protection, security-by-design principles, and responsible use of AI technologies
- You create and maintain technical documentation, prompt concepts, test specifications, as well as operational and support documents
- You support the specialist departments in the introduction, application, and further development of AI-based tools and solutions
- You monitor technological developments and market trends in the field of AI, derive relevant impulses for the company, and promote knowledge building within the company through training, workshops, and coaching
- You support technology decisions, architectural questions, and investments in the field of AI, data & analytics
Your skills:
- You have sound knowledge in the areas of AI (TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn), machine learning, data processing, and software engineering
- You bring practical experience in the development, evaluation, and productive introduction of AI solutions
- You have experience in implementing AI projects throughout the entire lifecycle from idea and conception to productive operation
- You know the requirements for information security and have knowledge of security-by-design principles, authorisation concepts, as well as logging and monitoring of productive AI solutions
- You have a good understanding of operational and industrial processes and can specifically align technological solutions to business requirements
- You can communicate fluently in German and English
- You convince through an independent, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to complex professional and technical issues
- You have a high level of quality awareness, act responsibly and economically in the selection, development, and introduction of AI solutions
