Automotive Mechatronics Technician / Diagnostician / Trainer (a)
Are you a dedicated automotive mechatronics technician with a passion for commercial vehicles and want to pass on your knowledge to the next generation? Then become part of our dynamic team at the Lausen BL location! We are looking to strengthen our workshop team with an experienced diagnostician and trainer who loves technology, works solution-oriented and enjoys training apprentices.
Your tasks
- You repair and maintain commercial vehicles (light and heavy) according to guidelines
- Responsible for diagnostics and efficient repair
- Subsequent installation of additional components
- Deployments in breakdown and towing service
- Support in technical matters as well as final inspection of workshop work
As a trainer, you will perform the following activities:
- Planning and supervision of trial interns
- Recruitment of apprentices (yousty)
- Training of apprentices
- Monitoring time recording and absences of apprentices
- Conducting performance reviews
- Contact with parents as well as vocational schools and associations
Your profile
- Training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or related profession
- Further training as a diagnostician planned or already in training as well as trainer
- Professional experience in the automotive sector, advantage in commercial vehicles
- Broad expertise in mechanics and electronics as well as enthusiasm for the latest technology
- Interest in continuous further education to keep pace with the rapid development of the latest technologies
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working and procedural approach
- Valid driving licence category B (category C an advantage)
- You communicate fluently in the German language
