Your tasks
- Responsible for the efficient deployment planning of the team as well as professional and disciplinary leadership of the subordinate employees
- Preparation of customer, new and used vehicles including delivery inspection
- Carrying out comprehensive exterior and interior cleaning as well as leather and plastic care including polishing
- Execution of quality controls and deadline monitoring
- Minor repair work
- Presentation of vehicles at the road traffic office
- Pick-up and delivery service
Your profile
- Completed basic training in the automotive technical field
- Very good knowledge of German
- First experience in a comparable position is an advantage
- High service orientation, enjoyment of detailed work as well as a pronounced passion for vehicle refinement
- Organizational talent, assertiveness and high commitment
- Driver's license category B mandatory
