As Team Leader: Operative Maintenance, you lead a team of mechanics and electricians and ensure the reliable operation of one of the most important technical infrastructures at Zurich Airport. Together with your team, you ensure that the baggage systems, the associated customs and fire protection gates, as well as all weighing systems, are always reliably available.

Your Job Destination
- You lead, motivate and develop the employees of your team
- You ensure high availability and reliability of the baggage systems
- You coordinate and prioritise repair and maintenance work during daily operations
- You ensure sustainable fault analysis and the prevention of recurring errors as well as continuous improvement of systems and processes
- You ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements and work closely with operations, engineering and other specialist departments
- You provide leadership on-call duty for the baggage sorting system in 24/7 operation
Your Skills in Your Luggage
- Electrical or mechanical basic training with further education as a technician HF, maintenance manager or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in maintenance, ideally of logistics, conveyor or industrial systems
- Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in developing and promoting employees
- Sound technical understanding as well as knowledge of machinery directive, occupational safety and quality assurance
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
- Responsible, solution-oriented and assertive personality with very good German skills and good English skills
