No prior experience is required for the positions offered, however, here is what we primarily look for in our candidates:

• Motivated and dynamic: You enjoy teamwork and are ready to take on challenges
• Punctual: Your attendance has a direct impact on the operation of the line and the work of your colleagues
• Have your own transport and live within a maximum one-hour radius of the workplace (Note: proof of address will be requested during the recruitment process)
• Be available every Saturday, and ideally during the week in school holidays (note that an initial 2.5-day training will be necessary during the week)
• Be willing to work shift hours: from 5am or from 1pm
• Have a very good oral understanding of French
• Be willing to work in a cold environment (around 7° - equipment provided)
• Be willing to work in a factory environment (repetitive work and standing)
